Possibly a bit premature, but...
Hi guys, I haven't even got my Mopar yet, but I'll still tell you about it!
It's a '66 Polara 2d HT with a 383 that I bought today. Unfortunately, I won't have it for at least another 6 weeks as I'm in London, UK and it's in California! Got to wait for it to be loaded into a container and be found a space on a boat coming to western Europe. Actually, strictly speaking, I do have a Mopar now, if a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee counts...well sort of I guess! Oh, and I did own a '72 Charger back in the mid-90's :D |
welcome to the forum
the jeep counts |
Welcome to the forum. Must be a nice car to go to the trouble and expense to get it shipped. For sure MOPAR dedication.:)

Thanks for the warm welcome guys.
Quick question - the Polara has power brakes, with drums all around and a single reservoir master cylinder. I've heard that it's best to upgrade to a dual reservoir master cylinder - is that what most of you guys have done? Also, does anyone know where I could source one from? |
It is definetly better to have a dual cylinder, just for the simple fact of safety.

I had a 66 Polara convertible. I absolutely love the dashboards on those cars. They are just great cars. They are BIG cars and will easily cruise at 90 without breaking a sweat. They have so much room It's like driving your livingroom down the street
