From Virginia, Need help w/ 1973 Roadrunner Restoration

Hey y'all, I'm roughly 21, recently purchased a 1973 Roadrunner. I'm trying to restore it, however, I'm new to this and I can't seem to find any literature or videos to help guide me in the restoration. I'm an engineer by trade, but prefer using my hands, so here I am haha. I have above average mechanic skills but took on this project to challenge myself. Is there anything y'all recommend in terms of literature specifically? Also, I've spoken to a few people around town and have gotten different feedback on how to tackle a restoration. Here's what I've gathered, someone please correct me and/or modify the list so I can begin working planning this project out:

1. Suspension work

2. Brakes

3. Exterior work (panels, rust, etc.)

4. Engine and Transmission

5. Electrical and Wiring

6. Paint (may be during Step 3)

7. Interior work

Obviously, this needs to be more detailed but that's another problem, I don't know where to go. This is something I'm incredibly interested in and enjoy working on, so help is much appreciated.

One of my goals is to create a video series in which I vlog my work, this way other people can follow along. And if I can make any mistakes, they'll have footage of what I did so they don't make the same mistakes. I feel like I'm forgetting a few more things to mention, but I'll edit as necessary. I'll also make another thread elsewhere here to document my work throughout the process and add pictures as I go along. Thanks in advance for the help.
