62 fury tag decoding

Hi there. New to the boards and have been trying to figure out my fender tag but can only find deciding for 63+https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/moparfo...f80b5ac26.jpegThe first numbers on the so number is 0919 thank you guys for any help
