Need suggestions on cantering out left front wheel on 74 duster
I'm trying to get the front inline and have already gotten the right side done. I need help with the left side as its just not going out like I need it to. The bottom is out and the top is in. Can anyone help?

What your describing is negative camber. Camber should be 0* to slightly positive say maybe 1/8 to 1/4* (I dont have the exact spec in front of me). What is it that you need to know?

First thing to check on a torsion bar alignment is ride height.
Caster -0.5 degrees for manual steering and +0.75 degrees for power steering Camber Left +0.5 degrees Right +0.25 degrees Toe is 3/8 to 5/32 + or - If you can't get the camber to adjust to spec you have to raise or lower the ride height as this will change camber. And a change in camber will effect all of the above |

Ya had a blonde moment there my bad .... had front ends and choke settings mixxed up lol .... anyway the thing should be on a machine to set it not in the drivway like it seems to be, whats he going to do when it has way too much pos. camber and not enough caster while making a turn or taking a fast corner -CRASH- suspention is not a guessing game just for the safty factor alone - $69-$99 is the going price for an alignment at every shop I've worked in, pretty cheep insurance and peice of mind but thats my .02 :)

Scamp Tramp, you are correct sir; Actually I would like to know how stormduster got the right side done

Exactly my thought which was quickly followed by the vision of it turning left in front of me and a head on crash happening .... unless you do a run out & the 10 / 10 deg. sweep on the wheels how do you know what the actual readings are, plus the refrence point is the rear wheels which most people dont even know ..... just a bad deal & very unsafe to the public when ya mess with alignments and don't know what your doing .... I only have a dime so 8 cents back cause thats my .02 on the subject :)
