Hello I'm Alex from Germany, and i recently got myself a (at least over here) super rare Dodge Shadow. It has the 2.2L engine without Turbo, the 3 gear automatic transmission, original 40k miles and the best thing is... i got it for free.

But theres something wrong with it, thats why the preowner gave it away. He just couldnt figure out whats wrong with it. It definitely gets way to much gasoline. When the engine is cold, white smoke is coming from the exhaust. Its not water, but its not burned gasoline. The fumes smell really bad like gas.
Also i checked how much gas is being injected, and its quite a lot. Its spraying way too much onto the throttle. Also whats weird is, that the radiator fan is always running, but the sensor near the thermostat already has been replaced.

Also whats been replaced already:
Spark plugs, ignition coil, AIS motor, fuel pressure valve, coolant sensor (near the thermostat)

I am not sure about the O2 sensor or MAP sensor yet. I still have to check them.

Could somebody help me or have some ideas for my problem?

Welcome to the site... From The USA...
Sounds like your on the rite track.
Check the engine timing....
Check also the timing belt alignment timing. Maybe someone changed the timing belt and set it wrong?
The early white smoke looks just like Condensation. (Normal) if that's all it is.

@RacerHog: As far as i know the timing belt is old and needs to be replaced anyways. But i dont think its actually the timingbelt that makes a problem. The gasoline is being injected like with a garden hose (Just way to much gas).
And that with the smoke could be true. The car was sitting for half a year and just drove onto our trailer and back down again before i did that video.

@Coronet 500: Where exactly you want me to put a vacuum gauge, and what should it say or not say when i do that? I need a little more information.

What are you getting for fuel mileage? With throttle body injection there will be a steady flow of gas from the injector. The first things I would have checked would be the engine temperature sensor and then the O2 sensor.
