88 csx-t engine question
 

i got the csx-t from an auction about a year ago now, car sat for 10 years but i got it for fairly cheap and know its fairly rare (1001 made) so i wasn't gonna complain. just before winter hit i finally got around to working on it. replaced the gas tank, fuel lines and the works related, new oil and coolant and such and was so excited to get it started.. first time it started it was rough (as one could and should expect) but it idled fine after being on for a few minutes. the next few times it started it was terrible. nasty sound-almost like grinding metal- came from the engine. I'm assuming that i need a new engine simply put, but if anyone has any recommendations based off the little information i can use to describe it that would be wonderful. also, if anyone has a 2.2 or 2.5 turbo engine i could buy off them, that would be wonderful and id like to hear from you.
