Yeah, I agree, I like the 70 Roadrunner. And I would imagine that Chrysler would produce it...

i think it actually looks more like the new camaro, but thats just cause its a animation, once they actually make it, alot of aspects of the car will look different and unique.
4 thumbs up.

ehhh new cars should be new. Taking an old design and modernizing it just doesn't sit well with me. I guess it makes them money though.

Maybe I would be more forgiving if it was based on an earlier model.

Wow I like that and it makes me wish they still had the Plymouth name as we would not not only have the Challenger back but the Cuda.

The Charger I wish they named it something else and gave us a real charger. I do like the new one for a car but not as the Charger.

If they build the RR that would be awesome.

That was just a concept created by some guy not related to Chrysler. He based it on the challenger, it was up on eBay to be custom built, but the guy wanted like 950,000 for it.

I agree 100% on that one. I wish they would have called the Charger something else like a Coronet or something that had a 4 door model.

The charger is not a charger in my book but the Challenger is an E body to me. That is a home run in retro looking cars.

i think they should just bring back plymouth as a performance brand. andmake the cuda and roadrunner. are they going to produce it or is it just a concept some guy did? looks good though. im sure they will tweak it and make it crappy looking though if they do produce it.

I agree that it looks nice for a car, but not a roadrunner. The new Challenger and Camaro kind of look like their old shape. If they want to make a new Roadrunner (or GTX would be better), they should give it some of the old boxy shape.

I love the design but dont see Chrysler producing this. They already have a challenger out and some custom shops are building cudas based off the challenger platform. The roadrunner would just be another modern muscle car and would split the market with the challenger. We all saw what happened to the new thunderbird when it was released. An awesome design but couldnt hang with the sales of the mustang. But if this roadrunner was actually produced, id have to have one!

they will never make this car, or the cuda or any other 2 door muscle cars, why would they compete with their already accepted challenger? not economical.

Look at the date on that article 7/15/2009. Plymouth is gone , so I doubt you'll be seeing that roadrunner.

It's 2011 and near the end. Don't think they will ever make it. Don't care for the looks either. They should make the Charger look like the old Charger and if they came out with a Road Runner it should look like an old Road Runner.
