2.0 dohc build need advice
 

I have a 99 dodge neon rt 2.0 dohc basically everything is stock looking to just get some more hp out of it an maybe one day turbo it. just wanting to know if anyones got any ideas been looking at some forums and not a lot of people have posted stuff about the neon rt 2.0 dohc, so just wanting some tips on some builds that i can do cuz i was into building hondas a bit did a motor swap on a 94 prelude took a f22a block and put a h22a1 head on it an put all new suspension basically a whole new front end from the other car. but please just leave some ideas don't know much about the dodge 2.0 dohc thanks.

If you are going to turbo it some day ?? look for an aftermarket set of rods

Early one's Ply Caravel turbo -----long pull up hill, Probably had warning lights on Rod through the engine block

well ya I'm thinking i probably will turbo it but that will be later I'm just looking to get as much hp out of it before i turbo it.

Weather you turbo or not a good set of rods is a good investment

I think there is a Mopar or Dodge Turbo forum around that mostly caters to little ones like this.

The turbo dodge forum is great for building up that neon.
