Supercharge
I wrote about the New Challenger RT I bought in another thread. But now I was wondering should I Supercharge it or leave it alone????? Has anyone heard good or bad about doing the superchargers and does it void warranties??? I was looking at Pro-charger it looks pretty straight forward to install. The car runs great but the one thing I hate is the rev limiter 1st - 3rd it hits it almost instantly its like you cant shift fast enough to keep it from happening. Any thoughts???? ...Bill

If there is one thing I do not like about the new car warranties and especially Chryslers the last ten years, is their ability to weasel out of them!
If you give them an excuse they will run with it!

For the price $6k < $7k and only able to use about 6lb boost somewhat safely
the 100 hp is not worth the cost. The stock internals will not last, so the fun factor will go away pretty quickly. $0.02

AS I read more about the Pros & Cons of supercharging and have actually got some drive time in the car I agree with Drag Pak it probably is not worth the gain. A hundred horse is not enough to mess with it would be easier to upgrade to an SRT 392...And I didn't want one at purchase time ....Price, Insurance Mileage Etc... The car is plenty fast enough and gets decent mileage so why fix something that isn't broke. Also I put a 10/100000 mile warranty on the car when I bought it so why do something stupid to void it.....Thanks guys for your input....Bill
