1971 RoadRunner new floor!? HELP

ok.. i have a 1971 Plymouth Road Runner.. the floor panels on the driver and passenger side are rusted through. I am going to have to replace the whole front section... what is the best way to do this.? once i take all the interior out ( back seat and front two bucket seats) how do i remove the front floor panel section ? and if i order floor panels for the front how do i install? anyone have any advice or ideas? thanks - sixpack71

Well, the easiest way to remove them is with a plasma cutter. Then you fall to the cutting wheel, then a pair of tin snips. Last place is drill out the welds, and keep drilling out till you have what amounts to swiss cheese and rip it out...not recomended.

The best way is to weld them back in. A good second is to bond them back in the way it is done today. You can get the stuff from Eastwood.

I'm sure there are other sources, I just don't know what they are...

Hope this helps
