okay have you tried summit racing yet? 1-800-230-3030. they have everything under the sun for mopar drivelines, they ship same day , and are reasonable on prices. Are you going injected or carb? id carb. then id use the new edee alum. heads ,a purple cam 284-duration, 484 lift . an edee torquer intake and a 725 performer carb, id use the stock crank, and have the rotating mass balanced, use trw forged pistons for it, 9.5 or 10.2-1 still great with pump gas. without more info i cant recomend for the rest of the drive line.

I would go with a stroker kit [for 408 cubic inches] a hydraulic roller cam about .480 lift and an edelbrock Performer RPM air gap manifold and some decent heads. Holley 770 street avenger carb. 1 7/8 hedders. If you have the 727 trans then a good stock rebuild and a shift kit properly installed should be fine. You could get by with a factory type high stall convertor. The 3.73 gears are a good choice. I also agree on summit racing for the parts buying part.

Was the 77 fury a B-Body or a C-Body in that year?
