1964 Imperial Crown Value???

I have an opportunity to get a 64 imperial crown but I don't know how much is fair? The car is COMPLETE and original!!!!!!! Body is straight as a pin! Missing nothing. Headliner has fallen. Dash pad is cracked. Paint is a little faded. Ran when parked an few years ago. Any Imperial gurus out there?

There is a site for Imperials, Imperial Pages or something like that.
Hey if the price is right you could always pick it up and then flip it.
