1965 Plymouth Satellite Lower Control Arm
 

I am planning to install a sway bar on my car and will have to change out the lower control arms as you know...... can someone tell me the model years compatible for this swap..... would any B bodies till 73 work ?

Is this an aftermarket swaybar or factory?

I am about 90% sure that the '66 -'70 ('71 or '72??) or any E body lower control arm should have the same dimensions as your '65 Ply. Thr only problem I can see is the front mounting points of the sway bars. I assume you are going to use a later style swaybar [like for a 69 B-body.] Hopefully someone else can shed some light on this subject. Has anybody retrofitted a sway bar to a pre '66 B-body?

It will be aftermarket, then I heard that PST (think that's the name) has a kit that will allow me to use my original lower control arm that has a clip which bolts on to the shock mount for easy install ?

Heard of this anyone ? Good or bad idea ? strong enough ?

yEAH, I know someone that has that setup on a 64 B body.

Says that it works great with his bigblock.

I'm not to keen on "clips" but depending on the size of them, it should be good.
