360 LA Cam Options
 

I am building up a 360 for my 1968 Dodge A-100 pickup. The block is bored .30 over and I am putting on stock heads that have been rebuilt with 2.02 intake valves and a 3-angle valve job. The springs can handle up to a .501 lift. I am looking for around 350hp out of the engine, was wondering what to get as a cam for the engine. I am looking at a hydraulic flat tappet cam.

It will depends on your Intake/Carb/Compression/Gear ratio, Are you running Headers? Do you want pulling power or speed? What type of Trans? Without knowing all this would make it difficult to recommend any cam to fit your combo.

I will be running a edelbrock 650 CFM carb. Edelbrock performer intake, Heades, with flowmasters. The pick up has a 727 tranny in it. I am looking for all around power, more torque then higher power, but still all around power.

Look in a cam or MP catalog. That should give you a good base-line.
