69 Roadrunner Dash Plastic Fan & Temp Tabs

Does anyone know where I can find the plastic Fan and Temp Tabs (buttons) that go to the heater control cables for a 69 Roadrunner?

I may have a heater controll assbly. I'll have to go look. It may take awhile as I have 30 years worth parts to look thru.
