Accetyline gas cutting question

I was cutting up a frame for parts and all of a sudden I had no pressure from the oxygen to blow out the slag. Still get a nice flame but no blow through.
The tank reads about half full, is that not enough to give me my cutting pressure? 35# to cut. Or is there something I am missing?

Can you adjust the oxy with the ****? If yes, I would suspect the torch blast valve in the torch head is not functioning. If you cannot get any oxy, I would look into the tank valve.

O.K. Thanks for the reply, but why would the blast valve just stop working? This torch is not even a year old. Did I do something or do they just fail?

Cleaned out the tip and we have a cut up subframe.

Didn't see the tip was clogged last night.
When it quit working, so did I.
I learned to walk away from things that frustate me.

I didn't suggest looking at the tip because I assumed that would be the first thing you looked at.
