Caravan window stuck down! HELP PLEASE

Hi everyone, I've had good luck finding answers to my problems here before, so I thought I'd ask for some advice on my latest issue.

On our 2000 Grand Caravan, the passenger window has been having intermittent problems not wanting to go up or down.

The driver's window has been starting to do this too the past few weeks.
Today my wife went to the ATM and put the driver's window all the way down, now it won't go back up at all. The passenger window is currently up but won't operate at all either.

I guess it might be a regulator problem, but does each window have it's own regulator in each door? It seems unlikely that both regulators would totally go out at the same time. So I thought maybe it was the control unit in the driver's door...but then again the passenger window won't operate from the switch in the passenger door either.

Where do you think I should start here? Or could it be a fuse? The owner's manual said something about the power windows being related to a resettable fuse that only the dealer can reset.

Help me please! It's cold and rainy and I'm supposed to take the kids to Grandma's for Thanksgiving tomorrow!!

Sorry, I dont have any resources to help you with that one. You might try Yahoo Answers. Under autos, and Dodge. There is a guy there, think his name is Dodgeman, or something like that. Anyways, I think he is a dealer tech, and his answers are usually spot-on. Or try a Caravan forum.

Each window has its own regulator, you might try checking the switches first with a multimeter, is the passenger window intermittent or not working at all?

check the fuse panel. the dealer wants you to pay them alot of money to change the fuse for you, thats what the warning means. look at the fuse panel cover, usualy theres a diagrahm on the inside of the lid with a description of what each fuse goes too. try useing a test light on the fuse for the windows. if both sides are hot, then most times, its the switch on the drivers side, power comes in to the switch on the dr. side then splits off to the pass. side, if the connector has any corrosion buildup on it it can stop the current form passing through the switch to the other side. i say fuse, if both sides dont work.
