Its just like buying a TV Bob, I can't see a damn thing. My prescription for glasses gets stronger every year, the tv gets bigger every time I buy one as does the phone. 👁👁

You know what they say, the eyes are the second thing to go...I don't remember the first. Morning all. Not a thing getting done around here on projects, you should be used to that update by now. Heck I don't think I have even driven either of my trucks for last month. -5 degrees right now and have to shovel out my work space again, I really need a garage. On the up side, leaving more time to climb on some walls. Enjoying time at the new gym and conquering my fear of heights. Been around but not much to say lately so figured I would drop a hello, have a great day everyone!

Warm, rainy then cold later, lousy hear. Having a coffee and relaxing, got back to the race car yesterday welding up the back brace and 4 link brackets.

Done this long ago and like many two weeks later found I needed something I had just thrown out. I came to a big decision years ago when I decided to go small block and 8 3/4" only, gave all my big block and Dana parts to a good Mopar friend with two '69 Super Bees in restoration.

I learned a good lesson from my Father after he died, who was a guy who kept everything. Time to clean out Mom's house now and it was clear to me not to keep things of little value because you just might need it some day. My son is not as bad as Grampa was but he does keep too much. We are ready for a big sale/clean up of stuff. I keep telling him to manage your time and projects, and he's starting to get it but he still has that energy and big plans of youth.

This year it sounds like sell the A Body and his Fusion, bring out the '88 Lincoln Town Car to drive this summer and concentrate on the race car. We still haven't touched my Coronet this winter but that's OK.

I've been going through my stuff about every five years and after the divorce I cleaned house and hauled 2000 lbs of crap from the attic. The garage seems to be a sanctuary for the crap you want but will never use, I have a room in the basement with the same distinction. At on time I had a dream of running at Bonneville with the Plymouth small block 833 or 883 so I have a collection to support that. Life got in the way of that one. I can put together a kit with mopar parts new or used to install a 440 in a pickup. I could see using one of those.
the thing I look at is my daughter's left with the tast of getting rid of all my junk after I'm gone and it's all scap to her.

Thanks Guy's. I Called a bunch of folks and they stopped in and picked up a lot of stuff. I'm Slowing thing down here. When you got so much you cant find what your looking for. I feel thats just to much. I put about 6 motor together and sold them all. I still have 6 4-GM's / 1- 360 LA / 1-225 /6
5 Gm Trans.... 2- Small Block 727's and 1 /6 904. And 10-Convertors.. Most of this stuff I well trade out for work at a later date.
I gave a bunch of different parts for another buddy to pick up and sale at Spring Fling... The big Mopar show and I'll split the money with him.

So... I guess I'll take all that money and dump it back into the Warlock Pick Up...

I might have to do some late model hot rod build... Will see...

Thanks Again for the insite...

Well there's some indication that spring is near, 31 for a high normal is 40 but it was nice today. I took the boy to the sledding hill with a friend, that was good for a couple of hours. Spring break is kicking my butt.

Right...
Having to remind grown men and women to do tasks they know they need to do every day.
Having to ask the same people to mute themselves during calls because they keep their TV on, chew loudly and constantly cough into their mic in every meeting, every day.
Having customers tell me they don't want things that are specifically written in their contract and required by law; or add items to their orders and become confused when I mention pricing on new work.
Got it soooo good, haha!

All things in perspective; Yes, having to work does give me a sense of purpose and accomplishment.
I do plan to make some sort of retirement for myself that keeps those things going every day.
I've been thinking about BeeKeeping. It's cheap to start and looks fun.

That's Big Hos territory right there!
I've been fighting with my metabolism to keep my weight under control ever since I took a desk job.
Walking has helped a lot!
I try to walk at least 10 minutes every day (in addition to my regular exercise routine). Maybe a walking habit could help you at least stop the weight where it is.

Anyway,
Fooling around online when I should be working!
Y'all have a good day!
