Horn stuck on all the time 70 Roadrunner

I have a 70 Roadrunner that the horn is stuck on. I'm trying to get the horn button off(rally dash), and cant get it off. Thought it was a push down and twist, but that not working. Help please. Thanks!!

Your Rite.... Its ether a push in or its a 1/4 turn to the left to remove it....:)

Could also be a stuck horn relay
