Hurst Shifter

I have had this shifter in my garage since the early 80s.
Anyone know exactly what it is? It has a real wooden handle with wood top.
It has no number on the bottom. It is steel, not aluminum.
I was told a long time ago it was for a superbird.
I was planning on posting it on e-bay, but I want to make sure I post the correct info.
Thanks for your help.
