The kind of obd code reader is easy to use, and cheap?

I hope to get some advice here, would be grateful.I have a volvo XC90 T6 car, I read obd code reader products online, For example the obdmate om520, it is suitable for my car?

your welcome no problem.
most of the forum users here are old school vehicles we don't use computers to analyze these older vehicles we dont use computers to run the engine systems like modern cars/trucks
no major sensors
maybe just o2 sensor
and i know nothing about Volvo's except my father owns one.
but if you got a question about your mopar i will try and give you a honest accurate answer.

What year is your Volvo? And tell me exactly what you want to read as most reader display historical data logged in the cache. I have several that will read live data like the snap on 2500 ( i think thats the number ) but it isnt cheap. I have never worked on your cars computer but shy turn from it. Are you diagnosing a trouble code?

2004 Volvo XC90 T6 , Buy Car Diagnostic Tool to check engine,Easily determines the cause of the “Check Engine Light ( MIL)”,The OM580 has read most of the car's Diagnostic codes and clear the fault code function.I feel that My car also can be used

Something like that? is best to ask the mfg about compatibly with your vehicle and return policy if it doesn't work They list several systems and it sounds like it would work

Your suggestion reminded me,but the AUTOPHIX company has OBD products, this company's products is very good, full-featured.it is very appealing to me.
