Power steering too easy?

Hello guys! I've got a weird problem here, I think. Have a 1964 Plymouth Sport Fury with 383 and 4 speed. Problem is, the power steering is too easy. It's just too sensitive, and out on the highway, you have to pay really close attention not to make any sudden tweaks, and it will go all over the road. I really want to firm it up and make if 'feel' better. Any one ever had this problem?

Thanks,
Tim

There was an article about limiting pressure, and some of the performance steering outfits have things.......firm feel, etc

I had a similar issue, installed a Firm Feel box with the least assist offered. And dropped in a smaller steering wheel.

Is the box adjusted correctly??? Or is there alot of play too?? You can adjust the steering box and take alot of loosness out of what you are feeling...Also if the pressure valve is not centered it will feel loose/easy...Bill
