I have a lot of experience with Quadrajets and I want to remove the AVS from my Satellite and put it up and install a Quadrajet in it's place but I am having a hard time finding an intake manifold. What I need is a ThermoQuad intake used on a 400ci engine. I know this could be found on a '75 thru '78 Cordoba(I used to have a '77 with a 400) and that would work perfect. Does anyone know where I might find one at a price that makes sense? I am in North West Alabama.

Commando, is the Holley for a spread bore carb or do you still have the stock spread bore intake off the 400? how much will you need for it?

I'm not in any hurry. I looked at a few of them online and some were dual plane and some were single plane so pictures would be good. I would like to stay with a dual plane if at all possible. I will only be driving on the street and will not be doing any racing so low end power is what I would want.

Challenger, all the local yards, and I called them all, have pretty much crushed everything older that about 15 years. I did see one on Car-Parts.com. I guess I will contact them and see if it is the one I want and what shipping would be.
