Are you sure the oil isn't running down from the valve covers, oil sender or back of the intake?
Since it is a two piece rear main did you add sealant in the specific locations of the cap? If yes, did you prep clean those spots with brake clean before apply the sealant?
Check the area where the seal rides for damage?

I concur with Dodgeem880 many rear seals have been changed when it is coming from above. The other cause if in fact it's the rear main leaking is worn lower main bearings. The lower main carries the heavy crank that over time could and does wear the lower main bearings. The crank shaft actually drops down slightly making a void above the rear main seal. When and if you pull the pan again check the thickness of the bottom main bearings against stock specs.
