Super Bee Stalling OUt

Appreciate any help. 1970 Super Bee 383 auto. Low Miles. New gas tank--New Carburetor-new filter-new Distributor & Coil--- Car starts up good. Runs good for about 30 minutes and then starts to break up. Ran it on the highway for 20 minutes between 50 and 70 mph and it performed and sounded real good.Timing and idle reads good. It gets to a point that it starts breaking up and stalls when you stop. It does starts right up but when you hit the gas pedal it stalls out. Need to play with the pedal to keep the engine going. Thanks for any input.

It might be trying to vapor lock. Make sure you don't have a fuel line running too close to the exhaust somewhere.

re: breaking up

probably vapor lock, if not this just happened to me not too long ago.
my lower radiator hose collapsed. and it would run ok while acceleration and such, but when i slowed down it would want to die out and ran like hell.
the lower radiator hose was collapsing at low rpm
