I am about to get the title transfered into my name. I was on the dps website and it said in order to transfer the title I need the signed title (have it) and a Application for Texas Certificate of Title (Form 130-U), which I didnt get. I only got the title when I bought the car. Will I be able to transfer the title without that form?
