Many cars (now adays) are unibodies along with Jeep Cherokees, Grand Cherokees, and Libertys.

You can see how the frame and body are touching/connected. This is a unibody.

Here you can see how the body is up off the frame and is attached using body mounts. This is not a unibody.
Some vehicles can be both, where the passenger area and trunk are one with the frame and the front clip is attached to a frame with bolts.

Almost all Mopars in the past 30+ years have been Unibody. There are some exceptions like Viper, Trucks, etc. I get a big laugh when I hear someone say they did a frame off restoration on a Mopar.

Thats what I thought (for how many years) also for how long Mopar has been building them as unibodies.

Well it would take an air chisel, torch, cutoff wheels, drills, grinders, spot weld cutters, and other implements of destruction to get the frame off and you would destroy the car doing it, so...How 'bout a ground up restoration, or a rotisary restoration, or maybe how 'bout just restored.

LOL I know, i get a kick out of the big time collector car guys towting the car theyre selling has had a full frame off resto. then you look at the car and teh front end pcs. have been spraypainted black then heavlly undercoated to hide the fact they havent been replacd. Then the every nut and bolts been changed story. then you look at the shackle hangers, and theres so much rust on them you surprised if the yll even come loose or snap under pressure.gotta watch that stuff. when they say ground up or rotissourie resto. I give them at least the benifit of the doubt.
