Want to build a Duster

Hi guys,
1st post, I’m a disabled veteran looking for some advice, I can still get around, I have two custom Harleys that I can no longer ride because of my injuries, feel like it’s time to give up riding which is one of the hardest things Ive ever had to do, been riding a bike since I was 16.
Any way time to move into another toy, always wanted a Plymouth Duster in neon green with those dual scoopes on the hood and the flat black with the stripes and 340 on the side.
I really don’t care about building a matching number car, I’m doing this strictly for my own enjoyment, something that I can pass down.
im not looking to build a drag car, mild street cam, but a looker clone 340.
My question is this, what year car should I choose 70,71,72,73,74,75, is one of these years more desirable than the others, how readily available are the parts to restore these cars and would this car be considered an A body car.
