Wanting opinions please

Ok, so I have a 2000 Dakota with a 4.7 with about 204k and counting and a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 5.2... right now the dodge is the daily and jeep was the toy till the unibody rusted causing the front control arms rip out, question is this.... can I take the drivetrain out of the jeep and swap it into the dodge.. a new daily is getting pick up so the dakota will become the toy so not to worried about how much time the swap will take and since I have the jeep I will have all the necessary parts, wiring harness and computer's... if I don't just go with a carbed intake ( mud will be what I use it in the most)

Reason for the swap are:
1. Lack of upgrades available for the 4.7
2. 4.7 has a laundry list of issues when they get "abused"
3. 4.7 has had a annoying exhaust leak that I can't get rid of.

Other than motor, trans, tcase, computers and wiring harness what all would I have to pull from the 5.2 donor truck?

The 4.7 is starting to give me annoying issues and can't see sinking more money into an engine that is getting pulled in a few months...
