What do you call this bushing?

Hello,

I was messing with my Z-bar and linkage and this bushing was all crumbled and I need new ones, but have no idea what they're called. Its been long hours on the computer  trying to figure out what this bushing is called. It came from the shifter linkage (z-bar to the transmission) from a plymouth duster 1975 with a 727.

It has a number of 26710 but can't find anything like it.

Help is appreciated!

Thank you!

Yes there are two of them and it is a automatic. How do you describe this part to the dealer?

i just told them the bushings for the automatic shifter linkage - if you are lucky the outside one is the one that went bad, you don't have to take everything apart, just put the bushing in backwards :)

Well my local Mopar dealer told me they don't carry anything below 1990. I went with my local transmission shop and they had some. And if anybody is looking for some online here is a great site for transmission stuff.

Thanks for your help though! You drove me to look locally which became faster and cheaper!:D

I had orderd it too but it was called (A LINKAGE DAMPER SPACER) it dampers the vibration from the trans to the lever shifter. That was Napa! Funny thing Years later this rubber pice was the same a pice on a johndeere lawn rider. But i have owned so many i forgot. I had come a crossed the part that i had order for car and came to it years later and find out that deere has made the same thing but way better. tought rubber that lasts longer than what you by at mopar dealers.
