My dad bought a 68 coronet 500 new in his younger years and is wondering what it's worth today. I'm posting because he's not exactly on good terms with computers.
The car is a hard top which has been repainted but of course to the original color. Since that day it has not seen one rain drop or scratch.
It has an all original 318 with 60,000 miles on it and an original automatic transmission.
The interrior is absolutely mint and wrapped in leather.
The entire frame and body is in mint condition (even under the hood) with no rust. The car has been garage kept since the day it was bought. The only rust on this car is the exhaust.
Besides the exhaust, this car is in absolutely mint condition, all original, and everything on the car works. Of course it runs as well and still sees the road a few times a year on it's way to local car shows.
This car looks like something that should be on a Barett Jackson auction block.
He does not want to sell it but has wondered for years what it could go for. Any and all comments would be appriciated. Thanks a lot.
