What would you do
I have a close friend that has a one owner 1969 charger 440 RT that has been restored once with all it original parts I have been talking to a very wealthy Mopar collector about its value he seen the car and told me that the car could go through barret jackson auction for around 40,000 in the shape its in I also was offered to by this car from my buddy for 15,000 would you take advantage and buy the car or would tell your buddy the value and let them make a killing off it.

And my guess is if he is a close buddy he would tell you
Having said that I recently sold my F100 to a mate and before he paid me I got offered $1500 more from somebody else, I honoured the verbal agreement that I had made with my friend.

If I were you I would tell him that you knew a way for your friend to make a considerable amount more then he is asking for it and if I were him I would give you a finders fee. You should know better then me about how generous he is or how he would handle this situation.
