Will Trunk off of a 4 door 68 coronet fit a 2 door?

Hey guys I found a guy parting out a 4 door 68 coronet. I talked to a guy a long while bag that had told me the trunk lid on a 4 door will not fit on a 2 door car. Is this true? They look like they would be the same.

From what I can see in the two attached pics they're interchangeable. They both have rounded corners at the front and they both appear to have the curved forward edge, it looks like the difference in the rear window shape is made up for in the filler panel.

I'm pretty sure they are the same. I know the belvidere/satellite/GTX 4d or 2d are the same so I think the coronets are too. Yes I know the GTX is only a 2d it's still the same body.

Thanks guys. I still haven't gotten in touch with the guy. He hasn't answered or returned any of my calls... Really hoping he does. That trunk lid has been impossible to find.
