318/360 intake and carb

my fifth ave has a holley street dominator intake and a qjet carb that probably should be rebuilt. going to scrap the car and was wondering how much you guys think its worth and if anyone is interested.

is the carb and intake the only good parts left?

I have a diplomat and might be able to use some stuff
