68 C-Body (full-size) parts and other parts needed
 

(wasn't sure which would be the best thread to post this on..)

I’ve got a ‘68 Polara (4 door sedan) that I’m refurbishing -
I’m interested in finding reasonably-priced parts for it,
including:
> dual-snorkel air cleaner,
> interior door panels,
> dash pad (top of dashboard),
> front & rear seats,
> left rear door handle,
and other miscellaneous items.
I’d prefer the interior parts to be in turquoise
but black or white would work too.

They don’t have to be Polara parts -
I’d use decent parts from any similar C-body
(Monaco, Newport, etc),
as long as they’d fit..

I’d also like to find a Mopar Electronic Ignition -
> distributor, control box & underhood wiring harness
from a Non-LeanBurn 318 or 360
(not interested in any Leanburn set-ups lol)

If I locate parts within 2 hrs drive time from Pittsburgh Pa
I’d drive out in the ol’ Polara & check ‘em out..

I appreciate leads on junkyards that have such parts too.

Wild Cat Auto Wrecking in Sandy Oregon, they specialize in old Mopars. I bought alot of stuff from them mail order in the past. These old Mopars are hard to find parts for and you are going to have to pay a good price for things you want. theres no such thing as reasonable parts anymore for old classic cars. But last time i delt with wildcat they were the cheapest of all the rest. You can try Texas Acres but they are exstreamly outragious. But when you own a old classic car over 40 years old you have to expect to pay for what you need. But think about this,, Its 300-400 bucks for some plastic made in china tail lite lense for these new cars right, so paying that much for a hard to get 40 year old part seems reasonable ya think,,LOL
