I am fixing up a 71 satellite, and the speedometer was stuck at 70 mph. I greased the cable and the basic stuff, and nothing. After removing the speedometer I found out that little return spring was unwound, and the little plastic sleeve is loose. Anyone know how to fix this or have am extra laying around. I'll post a pic of the one I need.
