Wanted: 22" Radiator - 1970 Roadrunner 383 Auto
 

Looking for a 22" radiator for a 1970 383 Roadrunner.

If anyone has experience in having one rebuilt, please tell me what's generally involved. Unless I can find a new oem, I'd like to go this route, since I'm trying to restore as close to orig as possible. Right now, have a retrofitted aftermarket 26".

If anyone knows any good radiator sites/companies, please pass along.

Do you have the 22" bottom and top tanks?

Unfortunately no. Do you know what's involved in rebuilding one. I'm wondering if the total cost there will end up being more than purchasing a new oem, if they even make them. A couple of the sites seem to have what look like oem style for small blocks, but can't find bb.

If you had the tanks ... you could have a core put between them.

What is the price on a "new" one ?

Only found one so far at Outlaw Radiators, $400. Don't yet know if it's an "oem style" or just an aftermarket with a different-than-factory look.
