1974 Green Dodge Dart Sport .. Project
 

This is my newest Mopar project. I picked this up for the wife about a week ago. Its not perfect by any means, but for a couple hundred bucks.... Whats a little rust between friends. :D Im dropping a factory H.O 360 in it in the next week or two to get it on the road. Better an ugly driver than a rust bucket in a field. Not going to make it a show car or anything, do a little straightening, shoot it and make her a cruiser. Any and all comments/suggestions welcome.

Looks like a solid car, it will make a great cruiser. If you buffed the paint it might shine up better than a guy thinks???if the money wasn't there to spray right away. Good luck and have fun with it:cool:

The cars has straight lines, it looks good. How is the underside, floor boards, trunk?

the trunk has had the spare pan replaced already, the pass back corner is getting pretty bad, a quarter sized hole to the ground so far but not too bad, the floorboards are rusty, but the only light is in the pass rear floor. not bad yet though, I stomped on all of them to see what they would do .... im 300lbs..... I didnt go through... LOL :D worst part is the drives side rear quarter, gonna take som pretty major lovin, but hey, I gotta have a project ... or 10 all the time. I have so many I dont know where to start at times.

at least the chasis seems to be solid

nice looking dart and for the price it seems you got a steel . alittle body work and you'll be good to go

You stated that you were open to suggestions, B-5 blue with white factory stripes !

B-5 is a really nice colour.
