68 charger wheel/tire size
 

HI,

actually I have 215/75R14 on my 68 charger (just bought), keeping those I would replace by 215/70R14, as better available.

I consider to put the police style hubcaps wheels on it, 7x15 with 4 or 4,25 backspace.

My questions, which tire size fits better:
225/60R15 or 225/70R15

The 70's will fit better. For a 60, you really need an 8" wheel.
