RALLYE 15 x 6-1/2" TRIM RING QUESTION ???

hi guys; just got a set of original 15 x 6-1/2" rallye wheels. i looked on jegs and summit for trim rings. they only sell 15x7's. will these 15x7 trim rings fit on a 15x6-1/2" rim? if not, where do i find the correct trim rings?

regards, dave

It's the wheel size and not the width that matters. So yes to your question. You can get them at Year One and Specialty Wheels.

thanks for the reply. do you have personal experience with this? i was told that 15x7 trim rings will bottom out on the 15 x 6-1/2 rims. can you verify this to be true or untrue?

i was told that the original mopar trim rings are not all the same and have different depths. the reproductions are most likely all the same depth. i just want to verify before getting a set. thanks, dave

i talked to someone at wheel vintiques and he said the 15x7 trim rings will bottom out on 15 x 6-1/2" wheels. it doesnt look like anyone produces these either. anyone have a line on where i might find some original mopar rings?

thanks, dave

Swap meets maybe, Doubt if any NOS stuff like that is around, but who really knows... Maybe try as Eric suggested and call Specialty Wheel and ASK them, they maybe able to get a set pressed. Or might try Coker Tire and Wheel also.
