Hey all,

Looking to purchase some wheels for 72 charger... my buddy has 16x7 5x4.5 0 offset cragar soft 8 wheels and tires.

How would these fit on the car... not to sure about the offsets?

Need to know what the backspacing is.

 

If offset is zero then backspacing would be around 3.5" (7" wheel divide by 2). Add another 5/16" or so for the wheel lip return and you're about there.........

Only one way to find out -try 'em.
Sounds like they might look slightly tucked in with that amount of backspacing.
I'd guess they would fit OK at the rear but there's a chance you'd run into clearance issues at the front on full lock.
