1969 dodge coronet help
 

Ok me and my dad are working on a 1969 dodge coronet with the original 318. It is running pretty good but has a ticking noise my dads thinks it is a stuck lifter what do you think. If it is how can we fix it with out buying a lifter kit.

Dump about a cup of ATF into your oil and take the car out for a drive. It should clean her out. Then change your oil.
