68 273 rough idle problem
I have a 1968 273 2barrel in my Satelitte that I cannot get to idle smooth. Has 66000 original miles. Does not smoke or make any unusual noises. I have done everything to it including points,plugs ,wires, cap ,rotor, carb and timing and can,t get it to idle smooth. Any ideas???

It is a carter 2barrel ball and ball. All vacuum lines are new and tightly clamped. Car has power brakes with a vacuum line connected but it is also new and clamped tight. HELP
