77 Tradesman steering column help

Hi all, I removed my steering column as part of my resto. I've fixed the shifter arm, stripped it all back for respray etc. I need to know if there is some kind of bearing or bush at the steering gear end that separates the steering rod from the shift tube? It looks to me, from looking round the web, that some Mopar cars have like a nylon top hat set up, is this the same for B200's, if so do any of you clever folk happen to know the part number - I can have one made if you do?
Thank you in advance for any info
Timbo ;)

Wow, its been so long since I've gotten into a steering column that far I can't remember a thing and I don't have a manual for trucks. I'll look around for diagrams and hopefully someone else here can help.
is this what you are talking about?

Cool, thanks very much! The way I got it the steering rod was rubbing against the shift tube, and had started scoring into the rod itself, making an awful noise when steering too!
Thanks Lowan

Yes mate, but my shift tube has no springs, there's a bearing between the actual column and shift tube, which is screwed into the column by 2 screws, but I have nothing between the steering shaft and shift tube? So basically the steering shaft, as it is, just floats about and rubs against the shift tube. I have read that there is adjustment at the firewall to position the shifter? As I've said though, I imagine there should be something keeping them centred . . . preventing them from fouling each other. I've looked at a few off the shelf nylon bushes and bearings - but would rather keep it original?
