88 diplomat idles very high
 

my girlfriends 88 diplomat idles way too high, and it just seem to start doing this. I visually inspected all vacuum hoses and connections to the ESC. it seems intermittent and will idle down sometimes. the weather here has been very hot the last few weeks, and that is when we noticed it. coincidence?
