Back windows don't roll down
 

Can someone please help me I have received my dads 1968 plymouth fury 3 4 door and my windows in the back don't go down or up I don't want to mess anything up cause ik how easy it is to mess up the door panels when trying to get them off maybe someone knows an easier way to get the job done please and thank u
