Distributor Cap?

Is a male post distributor cap made for the original Dodge 340 V8 point distributor?

I believe that if it is electronic(HEI) it has male type ends on the cap and if it is points type setup it has a female end. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I knew that. But just would like to have the HEI style cap on an original distributor. Plug wires are easier to find and fit better with HEI.
