I'm looking to put a pistol grip in my 4 speed road runner. Do I need to change the whole assembly or can I swap the stock for hurst shifter directly?

 

dont know if there is different shifter mechanism angles that affect the pistol grip angle. if you have a 2-bolt hurst stick the pistol grip will bolt up. if you have the hurst push-in style you will need to find a push in hurst stick - that style goes for the most money
