Planning engine build Head Selection
Planning engine build Head Selection
Trying to decide which heads to go with on my 440 build prefer to already have them CNC and ported when I get them. Already have and Performer RPM intake manifold have not decided on cam yet but will be going with a 500" stroker kit. Here are a few choices that I am looking at.

If I go with Indy is there anything that I will need to change or add to my engine?

I know about upgrading the retainers on these.

Car will mostly be a cruiser maybe every once a awhile to the strip don't have as much time now days for that with 3 kids and a wife. Will be keeping non-power brakes so not to worried about cam. Over all I want a strong engine with plenty of torque and a mean sounding idle. Parts are all I have to pay for on this engine build. Getting it put together for free just looking for more opinions.
