Very low mileage - Deal or Scam ?

Hi, and thanks for giving a newbie some advice.
I want to get a used Caravan or Grand Caravan - and I don't want to get burned. Older cars with low mileage have generally served me well, and I found a dealer with an impressive stock of used Caravans.
One thing worries me -- the mileage on these seems too good to be true ! Out of 12 Caravans total, this dealer has 8 from 2005 & 2006 -- with mileage ranging from 11k to 58k (3 cars averaged 4k miles per year or less). The AutoCheck histories don't give enough detail to offer guidance -- although they indicate this dealer mostly buys at auction, rather than getting trades.
Am I just being too suspicious ? How many 7-8-year-old cars are out there that only logged 2k to 7k miles per year ?
You can see these cars listed in the screen snapshot that I attached to this message. If the experts here (that's you !) think this sounds legit , I'll go and check-out a car from them. But ... it's a 90 minute drive one-way, and I'm not knowledgeable about cars -- so I'm a bit nervous about possibly setting myself up to be scammed.

THANK YOU for sharing your knowledge and perspective.

for a 2006 caravan that sounds about normal actually when they are just city driven. At that milelage though it should still be on original tires so go around checking the tires to see what they look like if they are new tires it might be a scam also check the paint on the vehicles.

Just a note mileage doesn't tell you how good the car is NOR how good the drivetrain is. I have seen cars with worn out engines in as little as 6000 miles on a new car and engines that when pulled apart had so little wear at 150k miles that the cylinder walls still had glazing marks.
